Davidson Creek Housing Cooperative has a total of 52 units conveniently located close to bus routes, great schools, beautiful walking trails, parks, and community services.

With fourteen two-bedroom units, thirty 3-bedroom units, and eight four-bedroom units, we have something for everyone.

Each unit includes 5 appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer). Units are grouped together in triples.
